can I make a voltage multiplier with this?

I would not recomend it, the reverse voltage rating is too low for any large voltage doubler circuit.

can i use these on a 6v motorcycle to keep voltage/amps from from dropping in a wire? don't want a voltage drop in a paticular positive wire. 6 volt

As long as it's in parallel you will not get a voltage drop just a current drop

Should I be getting a drop volatge of 0.14 with these diodes, seems low?

Voltage drop is dependent on the current flow - how much is flowing thru the diode? Test it if you can out of circuit with the diode function on a multi-meter. Don't forget to test the diode reversed also.

can it pass 12v 10a and block 12v 10a?

yes,as long as the .55V drop is not too large for your allpliaction. No significant current passes when it blocks the voltage, so the 10A current part of the question is meaningless.
