Good quality, but I find this is u suitable for Vinayasa flow. The mat has no stability on smooth surfaces.Absolutely no cushioning, so the pattern threading digs into your knees in camel pose etc.I wouldn't recommend this.

Size is bigger then normal yoga mat ***
