ultimamente avevo provato diversi ramen/noodles già pronti. questi sono finora quelli che mi sono sembrati più autentici.sono molto piccanti e mangiati ancora bollenti sono letali.I noodles hanno un'ottima consistenza (non mollicci ma piuttosto un po' come la pastasciutta) e il brodo che viene fuori è molto buono.ripeto, molto caldi. a me è arrivata solo una confezioncina, il prezzo in rapporto era alto.

Quite tasty as I wrote in the title, and definitely a much better quality compared to some cheaper products you can find on the supermarkets.A bit spicy for my personal taste but I have to add I was never much used to spicy, so I guess they will be ok for most people.And once the noodles cool down a bit and spicy subsides enough to let the other flavours emerge you start enjoy the fullness of the taste and aromas.Quite happy with them, so that I bought them several times so far.

Adepte de la version "Black", j'ai beaucoup aimé cette version gourmet spicy.Si vous n'êtes pas amateur de piquant, passez votre chemin.La texture des nouilles est vraiment top, les meilleurs que j'ai pu gouter dans le domaine des nouilles instantanées.Le bouillon à du gout et n'est pas écœurant, je le fini systématiquement contrairement à la majorité des nouilles instantanées.Petite astuce si vous voulez calmer le piquant et rendre le bouillon plus onctueux : Rajoutez une cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche d'Isigny 30% ainsi qu'une cuillère à café de beurre en toute fin de cuisson.Cela va éclaircir votre bouillon pour lui donner une couleur orangée, et vraiment diminuer drastiquement le piquant, tout en rajoutant une bonne touche de gourmandise onctueuse.N'hésitez pas à manger autre chose en side sur le coté pour calmer le piquant le temps d'une bouchée.Paquets reçu en bon état (5), les nouilles n'étaient pas cassées.
