Fast delivery. Easy to assemble. Good quality and the cover to protect it is heavy duty. Compact when stored and comfy to sit at. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Check for missing pieces promptly *by P***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 April 2018* Each piece has a letter label so you know how they fit together. I would recommend you check you have the requisite number of each letter piece before starting. I was missing the correct piece for 1 of the chairs and also 2 cushions. When it was delivered the driver wanted me to sign to say everything was there without my having had a chance to unpack it. I altered the statement I signed to make clear the goods were received but not checked and would recommend others do the same. It took a few hours to put together and definitely don't tighten anything until all the pieces are in place for each item but on the whole it seems to be fine.Note that the light grey rattan option has a much more variegated colouring than the darker colours which can make it look more weathered from new. (In places it almost looks like stripes because of the colour variations) Its ok but if I had to choose again in hindsight I may have gone for the darker grey as I think it will look smarter for longer.***Supplier 'comfy-living' delivered missing pieces promptly within 5 working days of my raising a query. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good communication and nice furniture. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2020* Great company to deal with. Item delivered earlier than expected. We had a couple of issues which were quickly dealt with and rectified. Great communication from Russell over email and good telephone support. We are very happy with our garden furniture and we've had a few compliments already. I would not hesitate in dealing with this company again.
