It's so useful. It's the perfect size - small enough to fit in white coat pocket, big enough that it's not awkward to write on. There's enough pages for 100 patients and the format makes it super easy to write up your note after. The pages have a perforation to tear them out which is perfect for protecting patient privacy and shredding the information when you don't need it anymore to comply with HIPAA. It also comes with a cheat sheet insert with normal lab values, murmur grading, reflex grading, and more. What makes the OB/GYN notebook different than the standard is a section specific to menstrual and obstetric history, pediatric lab values and APGAR scoring on the cheat sheet, and additional useful pocket cards.
