It is good quality material that is breathable, comfortable and flattering. It fits perfectly under dresses, skirts and pants.It doesn’t fit like the picture of the model which concerned me because I wanted something lower on the thighs and this does. It fits right and snug but it’s not uncomfortable at all.I’m 5’2 180 but I put this on and I could get on pants I’ve been holding onto that 2 sizes smaller that what I wear without it, comfortably.It’s definitely a good investment. It is less expensive than a lot of other brands but don’t let that deter you. I ordered a large because of my torso and it was a perfect fit. snug everywhere but not overbearing whatsoever. It gives you I would say, medium compression andbut holds my breasts in very snuggly which I very much like. I dont work out much so I decided to put this bodysuit to the ultimate test. The other day it was about 95 degrees and high humidity. I was outdoors most of the day working in the yard with my bodysuit on (which looks really cute wearing as a top, btw). This is the part that amazed me. I did not at any time feel sweaty and sticky. In fact it almost seemed to keep me cooler. My face was soaked but my body was not. I cant say I lost weight because I dont measure those things, but I can say, I was very comfortable in high heat and looked great at the same time. Even if you go uncovered on the bottom it looks like a swimsuit (overlooking the crotch hooks of course. here is the other thing very important. The cost of this garment is lower than similar items even at walmart, but the quality....... This bodysuit is made to last. It really helps lift the lower stomach up and smooth hips. It’s made well in terms of fabric choice, stitching quality etc. But... there are some comfort issues and some things to think about before purchasing for yourself.1) the crotch hurts, the material is quite thick and stiff in that area and I find needing to wear a panty liner with wings to help with that.2) it squishes your breasts down a ton! And if your large chested the suit does not cover them properly. And from the side view makes your stomach blend into your breasts taking away your female form and kind of just makes you look blobby. The front view seem good but definitely not the side view.3) the torso seems a bit short. Pulling the arms over your shoulders is easy but it causes the garment to put way to much pressure on your crotch and an easy wedgy.4) if your a thick thigh girl beware a bit, it will leave creases in your upper thigh and with leggings or other tight pants you can see the indent.
