## Description

Quercetin is a flavonoid (plant pigment) commonly found in fruits and vegetables, especially onions, citrus, apples, dark berries, grapes, olive oil, green tea, red wine etc. The primary benefit of quercetin is that it possesses potent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants fight against free radicals (chemically reactive compounds that damage cell membranes and DNA). Anti-inflammatories lower the release of histamines (a compound that is released by cells in response to allergic and inflammatory reactions).QUERCETIN BENEFITSAdding Quercetin to your balanced diet along with regular exercise may offer a wide array of benefits:RESPIRATORY HEALTHWhen your respiratory system is irritated, redness and swelling can result from the release of histamines. Quercetin has antihistamine effect to inhibit the release of histaminesCARDIOVASCULAR HEALTHQuercetin promotes overall cardiovascular health by offering 2 key benefits. First, it encourages blood flow. Secondly, quercetin's antioxidant action protects against LDL cholesterol oxidation supporting arterial health.PROTECTION AGAINST STRESSWhen your body is stressed, it produces cortisol. Quercetin may help to fight these effects during times of extended stress as it suppresses the enzyme necessary for cortisol release.OVERALL HEALTHOrder Amazing Formulas Quercetin 500 Mg, 120 Vcaps Today!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: It says it’s made here usa from where in usa? which state? let me know? thanks!**
A: My question, too. May be packed in USA, but where is the chemical sourced? China? India? Who knows. The information as stated by most manufactures is not only incomplete, but also misleading because the first country of origin is rarely stated.

**Q: Is this SOY free?**
A: Yes it is soy free.

**Q: How often do you take it?**
A: I take it as directed on the label which is one capsule daily with food.

**Q: Can I open the capsule and add the powder to a smoothie?**
A: Yes, the capsule comes apart easily and can be added to a drink. Quercetin has a very "green" taste, so I would recommend adding it to something with decent/strong flavor.

We use this when we are sick to cut down on how long we are sick for. It works really well. We take it with zinc so we get good absorption. Easy to take , no bad smells, nice and smooth. Quality ingredients for a fair price.
