Let me just start off by saying that I can not swallow pills whole. I have to open the capsule & dump the contents either into my mouth or in yogurt or applesauce. For this I chose yogurt. Only 1/3 a cup is taken with one pill 20-30 mins before I eat. By the time I am done taking the pill & have finished all the yogurt I feel extremelyyyy full & don’t even feel like eating anything afterwards. So I can clearly see how this would help with your blood sugar & everything because by the time your suppose to eat something you don’t even feel like it! I only take it before dinner so I can have an actual meal earlier in the day but wow. This stuff works amazing at making you eat less. If I took a pill in the morning as well as the one I take at dinner, I would barely be eating anything which is not a good decision nor a healthy one which is why I only take it once a day. I would high recommend this as an appetite suppressant because dang does it work amazing at that!

It works

I was recently diagnosed with early diabetes. I work with nurses and had this recommended to me to curb my appetite and help lower my A1C. Verdict is still out on the A1C...until I have more blood work. But, I will say...I do feel fuller. I'm working on portion size and this seems to help. Now, I'm one of those people that could eat on my deathbed, so for me to think it works is actually saying a lot. I take one per day. I take it together with Milk Thistle (for absorption) and Ceylon Cinnamon before/with breakfast. Time and blood work will tell in a few months...I will update this review then.

I was diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic in June of 2019 & placed on Metformin ER 1000MG, twice a day. I weighed 187 pounds & I'm only 5' 7". My Blood Sugar was over 240 when I began the Metformin. I'm now down to 150 pounds and my pants keep falling down. Need new pants. My Doctor was very happy about my weight loss & my Blood Sugar level . I've been taking this supplement for a week now and must say I'm Impressed with the effectiveness it has on lowering my Blood Sugar. Taking 3 capsules daily, 1 with each meal, my Blood Sugar has dropped from 140 to 92, and had 1 reading of 81. I will continue using this supplement because it actually works and is reasonably priced.

Excellent product. Have been taking it for a year and has kept my A1C in check. No side effects and doesn't interfere with my other meds.

Iv been reading all the positive reviews on this product and Ive been wanting to quit glucophage due to the hairloss probs.Unfort after 1 week of taking Beverine Iv been experiencing terrible stomach aches so I had to stop taking.Its hard to return as Im in SA it wil cost a fortune to return it .The company is good though

this is a rather large capsule, but easy to swallow. It has no flavor due to the gelatin capsule. It is working as I expected/hoped for. I do have more energy and am getting more accomplished. It has helped curb my appetite and I am able to get thru the day without constantly thinking of food.

I purchased this because my A1C level is in the prediabetic range. The first day I took it I realized at dinner time that I had not reached for an acid reducer all day. I was amazed. I looked it up on that popular medical website and apparently this is one of its uses. They reccomend 500 3x a day. I've been using one of these 2x a day. I don't know if my A1C is improving but I recommend this for acid reflux.
