Q: Have you fixed the severe security flaw yet? That you can register a fingerprint without opening the box.

I just purchased 2 of these handgun safes and received them Jan 20, 2020. Both of these safes were the new improved version and had the security issue fixed. You no longer can access the program button with the gun safe door closed. Tghis is no longer an issue, at least on the 2 gun safes I just received.

Q: how many digits in the combination?

Your code can be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 digits.

Q: How can I turn off the beep sound?

You can press umber 1 and hold for about 3 seconds then will enter the silence mode.( If you want to restore the sound, press and hold 1 again)

Q: Will a full size gun and extra magazine fit in the box. Glock 17 with tlr-1

The Glock 17 with a magazine in it will fit. An extra magazine will require a modification. There is lots of foam inside the box. You could remove it and mount rubber coated magnets to hold both a pistol and an extra magazine. The existing holes in the foam only fit a pistol. You could also modify or replace the foam. The gun is centered in the foam with room for either a right hand or left hand draw. If you were to replace the foam and move the gun to one side for a right hand draw only, there is room to include a 2nd hole for a spare mag.
