Judee's Gluten Free Heavy Cream Powder - Gluten Free Shelf-Stable Creamer Powder - Dehydrated Heavy Cream for Baking & Whipped Topping - 11 Oz

This is my first time buying this product the Judee's Heavy Cream. It does clump a little bit but it's not a issue for me. The flavor, texture, etc.. is spot on. It's very, very good and I even made the 3 ingredient carnivore buns recipe but only made 1/3 of recipe and the buns turned out great and my blood sugar was not impacted. Thank you for your products that help people reduce the potential impacts of health conditions beyond their control and providing options that would not otherwise be available.

I’d buy this again. I use it for my portable coffee kit. I like that this is real cream powder - tastes great and easy to travel with. My kit includes a collapsible kettle, rechargeable frother, instant starbucks. I find that the heavy cream powder mixes easily with hot coffee or hot water using the frother- glad I found this & recommend.

I love being able to cook from my pantry and Judee's Heavy Cream Powder allows me to do that. I absolutely love this product. Having this product on hand I will have cream whenever I want or need it for any recipe. It tastes great and has a long shelf life (couple of years). Companies are changing the way they are packaging their product and the creamer I used to buy for my tea is one of them. The company stopped making the smaller version and so I started using Judee's Heavy Cream Powder in my tea. I've read comments about the powder not dissolving into tea/coffee well but I don't find that to be much of an issue but maybe it depends on how much you are using. I use about a quarter to a half teaspoon in my tea. It doesn't dissolve immediately so sometimes I start with just adding the hot water to the creamer then add my tea other times I let it be and the little clumps absorb into the tea but no matter even if there are little clumps it still tastes great. This is a repeat purchase and I'm so happy with this product that it will be a staple in my pantry always.

Very tasty, but a bit expensive.

Delicious-so far, I’ve only used for coffee. I use a battery powered stirrer, and it blends beautifully. It’s so good to know it’s only cream, and not the collection of chemicals that pass As “creamers” in the grocery stores. I’ll be buying more of this company’s products: milk, oat milk

Yummy! I was surprised to find this wonderful powder for my coffee. It is perfect for our home coffee bar and tastes great. No aftertaste was a big factor in giving it 5 stars. It not only looks beautiful but tastes the same. I am elderly and live with my daughter and her husband. I get up in the middle of the night sometimes to make coffee which helps with my pain. I try to be as quiet as possible and this is a great addition to the coffee bar because it save me from having to go to the fridge for cream. Because it is dehydrated, there is no waste and does not go bad. My whole family loves it and it mixes easily with my hand held electric wisk.

I have saved a lot of money by replacing traditional liquid with the powder. It’s fabulous in coffee. Mix with hot liquid to dissolve. Blend well. I have purchased several 5# bags since I found Judees. I refill my mason jars with the creamer, as the bag can get messy. Best savings is the 5# and no other brand seems to be any where near the value and clean pure heavy cream. Very good quality. Will not clump up. Stir for about a minute to dissolve well. I half fill coffee cup blend cream, then top off coffee, I always dumped out liquid heavy cream before it was used up. This in the end, is a much better value, because you never waste it. I fill a large jar. No need to add any moisture packets. Store with tight fitting lid. Keep original bag sealed and store in cool dark place such as a pantry or cupboard.

I use this to as a component for a Hot Cocoa mix. This makes a mix so smooth that even my wife, who normally eschews these indulgences, was impressed by the depth and intensity of the hot cocoa.
