Each one is large enough to hold two tennis balls. There is also a small pocket in the front of the waistband. **Q: What is the length of the skirt pin a size xl?** A: It doesn't have a skirt pin if I understand the question correctly **Q: What is the length of the skirt?** A: I don’t know the exact length but this short is shorter than others and runs very small. I ordered two sizes up and it still was a snug fit. **Q: How well do the shorts stay in place for a bigger girl? have had ones before that I couldn’t keep the shorts from riding up** A: I have an XL and the shorts definitely ride up. I don't find it uncomfortable since the material is a light athletic mesh. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Cute active skort that can go from day to night *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2024* I got this for our summer trip in Banff as I wanted something I could hike in that would keep me cool during the heat but that would also be cute to do afternoon tea/lunch at the Fairmont. This worked great and also had pockets. Loved the color! Runs true to size ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great skort *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2020* I took advantage of a sale to try this skort. I’m very pleased with how it looks & fits. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Very soft, pretty color but material too thin *by K***4 on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2020* I really wanted to like this skirt, truly. Pretty color, light, soft, and comfortable but it just wasn’t in the cards for me.I thought it was a little snug in the rear area (purchased a large due to gaining the some extra love pounds from staying at home during the pandemic) but it could have easily stretched out some from use and been okay. I typically go between mediums and larges for bottoms and wear a 29 in jeans and shorts. My true issue was the thin material. For me at least, in the army green color I purchased, in the natural sunlight you could see butt dimples 🤷🏻‍♀️ - I know it’s not the skirts fault that I have them but I would rather wear something that masks them not accentuate them. Also, it was so lightweight that it was just too thin for me, squatting made me a little uncomfortable with it being and a tiny bit see-thru.The color was very pretty, just wish the material was a little thicker. All in all, I had to return, unfortunately. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/144271523-oalkawomens-active-athletic-skirt-sports-golf-tennis-running-pockets-skort](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/144271523-oalkawomens-active-athletic-skirt-sports-golf-tennis-running-pockets-skort) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
