I’ve been ordering from this seller for years now. This is my third necklace I’ve got and they never disappoint! My last ones lasted for more than a year and unfortunately the clasp would break or I’d snag it hard on something (which is my fault) the necklaces always look so shiny and well done with the font :) I do Spend more for the stainless steel but it helps last for more than a year.

I contacted the seller and told them the situation. They actually made me another necklace and send it right out to me no charge. I really love this necklace. The photos don't do it justice, but I took them the best I could. I got the all Silver one. I love the weight of it, it's sturdy and not like the feathery light ones being sold on Etsy, eBay, Wish, Alibaba. This one is worth the money. I haven't taken it off since I got it in the mail. It's sturdy and does not catch on clothes, to your favorite Shower sponge. People order this for yourself and another who likes getting Enough 925 silver for the money. Thank you Amazon!

This would’ve been a pretty necklace if only part of my daughter’s name (Laya) was not covered up by the heart so much that it looks like a completely different name. Also, it was supposed to be custom made with her birthstone (June), but it looks like the same stone that appears to be in their advertised photo was added to it instead. My daughter was so excited to finally get a necklace with her name on it. So I was Very disappointed that after the long wait, I had to hand this to her.

I don’t like how within a few days,without getting it wet the chain starts to tarnish and blacken.The chain says s925 but is not real.I had ordered this necklace on the 12th of October and received it on the 30th.Like I thought the quality of this necklace,for $14.99 but now $15.99 was good for the price.I’m just a little disappointed,because the chain is a little tarnished.But I still love the way my name plate came out.For anyone wanting a name necklace from this brand, get the cable chain and not the box one.
