I have thin hair that a recently bleached. Will it make my hair feel any thinner or thicker?

It won't make your hair feel thinner or thicker, just healthier in general. It's not heavy (it's oil) and you need very little, so it won't weigh down your hair. If you do want something to thicken up your hair, I hear ascend volume cream is good. I hope this is helpful.

I have thick hair that naturally has dandruff and is greasy. Worried that if I use this it’ll make it worse. Will this help prevent dandruff/grease?

Your scalp problems are better answered by a Dermatologist I believe. I heard that dandruff is caused by greasy buildup in scalp, but it could be some form of psoriasis or something. Do some research on internet. I would say that if you washed your hair and scalp and used a safe product for that problem and then used a small amount of this oil or a cheaper one like Rosemary oil, it would not hurt. But " I am no doctor" as per Bryan Regan. My fee is $50
