Great and amazing watch it was gift for my dad’s 65th birthday and when he opened his gift he was super surprised, that his turned red, the watch was stunning. He loved it and where’s it almost everyday.

I wear a Seiko stainless steel bracelet watch mostly, which is a solar powered watch that I’ve owned for 13 years, but I wanted something more dressy for certain occasions. I looked at Seiko watches, but they have become prohibitively expensive, so I bought my first Citizen brand gold bracelet watch, which I think is equal in quality at a much lower cost. It is a battery powered watch however, so in that respect the Seiko is superior.

I had a Citizen watch for 20 years that the only issue was replaceing the battery and that was not that often. After researching watches under $150, I decided on another Citizen. After 2 weeks, it's has perfect accuracy and it's a good looking watch. It's a little larger and heavier than my old watch but that will not be a problem. The band was to large & had to get a jewler take out several links. I don't plan to test the water resistance. All is well now for the next 20 years.

Well - talk about a difference. Citizen or Seiko - both Japanese - leave their neighbours watches well behind. The look and quality is plain to see. A slight adjustment to the band was all that was needed. The gold band and watch actually looks like it - not over done or obviously fake. A lovely large face and easily read time. Good day/date. Easy to adjust. No silly wind out controls. It just looks good. A Classic time piece. Time will tell on the accuracy but for now it is 10/10.
