I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a smooth finish. **Q: How would i apply them ? With glue or something else?** A: For the best look and feel you would want to encapsulate them. You can use a wet coat of base gel, place them in while it’s still wet, cure in nail lamp and then add a top coat. I've used these a lot and am really happy with them. If you've never used these before, just know that they are hard to see and handle. The only issue I've had is the container came cracked on one section and the tab to open it was missing.
