Bought this silver chain when my necklace broke thought i bought the 20 inch but realized once it came in that I accidently bought the 16inch so ill just return it and get the 20inch I know the 20 inch will fit better than the 16 but so far I really like it. It looks well made like how thin the chain is and I shines can't say how well it will hold up since I've yet to wear it but I got high hopes.

Money well spent. Highly recommend. Would definitely repurchase.

This review is for the sterling silver chain, not the yellow gold plated one. At 0.8mm width this chain is narrow and fine enough for small pendants, which is what I wanted. It is a lovely sterling silver color and I like the lobster claw clasp. The fastener on the end was too large to go through the bale of the very small diamond cross pendant I wanted it for, but I'm using it with another charm that has a slightly larger bale. I ordered the 18" length and am now also ordering the 16" length. I can't comment on durability because I just received it but it seems sturdy enough for its size so far. Great sale price too for sterling (925) silver.

WAS a great chain, very pretty, dainty and light, for a year and 4 months. Wore it daily, never turned me green, no discoloration or rust, no discomfort, clasp was secure. the chain broke while I was in bed, near the clasp. No fixing it, unfortunately. I will purchase again, for the price, but maybe a different style of chain.

I bought 3 different lengths of this chain. The shortest on broke after a wearing about 10 times. I've been wearing the longer two chains quite often and for about a year. They are sturdy and still look great. They have retained their silver color and have not tarnished at all. I've had much more expensive chains (from Kay Jewelers) that may have looked nice but cost almost as much to fix as their original cost! I like the varied lengths, too.

I use to buy the 18 inch sterling silver box chains from this company ALL the time. I absolutely LOVE box chains as they are very durable, I am always wearing a necklace (day & night), I like the style of them, they don't tarnish, just overall loved them. Unfortunately my most recent chain did break (as they do) so I placed another order for two 18 inch box chain necklaces. Upon arrival I noticed a HUGE difference in the size of the lobster clip, it is now at least double the size of the others I've ordered in the past. My daughter had an extra one she bought previously because she also likes them & always has extra like me on hand just in case. So I put them side by side with the new clip on top & the old clip on bottom in the picture. I also noticed the actual length of the new chain I received was shorter than ones I previously ordered; even though they were listed as being 18 inch chains. Trial & error from years ago has me know exactly what length I like since the 20 inch hangs too low on me. So I did a replacement order thinking "ok, maybe it was a hiccup or something got messed up since I've ordered the same chain for years usually without any issues". It took a little longer for my order to come in than usual (totally understandable due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, I get it). I opened the new boxes & the exact same thing! Lobster clip was HUGE so I then checked the second box & it is a completely different chain & style then what I ordered! It's actually comical in all honesty & you will see why in the pictures. One side had a sticker saying it was the product I bought but the other side said it was an 18 inch gold chain for men Cuban style. Well, you can see what was truly in the box I received. 🤣 Unfortunately, I will not be buying any more chains from this company. They had my business for years & it makes me sad but the quality has gone too far downhill that I have no choice but to venture elsewhere to find something that accommodates my needs. If they ever go back to manufacturing the way they did before then I'll definitely become a return customer!

Ich trage diese sehr feine Silberkette täglich auch mal mit anderen Ketten zusammen. Ich kann immer wieder andere kleine Anhänger befestigen (austauschen).

This chain is simple but really nice. It's the second one I bought - the first was too long but I kept it because it is tasteful and simple. My chain is still new so I can't say anything about robustness, but I think it's pretty good!
