Colour runs. Not safe!

Very beautiful babygrow but!... after sleeping in the blue babygrow my daughter's skin turned blue! I have baby clothes from different brands but never experienced a colour run. Can't return it as its already been worn. Just have to throw this away in a bin. What a shame! How can such a product be allowed to be sold for babies?
