I can't take any of the usual meds recommended for sinus and clogged ears so I've always used the natural remedies. Takes longer but eventually works. But Pressureze works faster and really clears the stuff out! It gets a bit annoying when you have to blow your nose constantly after using it, but rather that than being clogged up!
