Works great for kneading bread, rolling out dough great addition to my kitchen tools but I didn't realize how easily they can be cut. I have it 4 stars because my 1st one got destroyed when I sliced some pastry strips on it and now have to transfer rolled dough to a cutting board which can be a bit of a problem. Otherwise it's a good tool for bakers.

This is the worst product I have bought that I can remember. It makes everything more difficult. Even the most basic manipulations of the dough cause the mat to pull up and wrinkle. Floured, unfloured, doesn't make a difference. Floured may be worse because then it flaps and flour goes everywhere. I love baking and this has almost managed to take the joy out of it. 0/10 - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Yes it is very thin but that's what helps adhere to a counter, Works like a charm absolutely love it with highly highly recommend.

I purchased 12 of these baking mats for students attending my kiffle class (Eastern European pastry). They loved rolling the dough out on the mats. I like that the mat doesn’t have any five or cushion to it like the Pampered Chef pastry mat. It makes it easy to roll out dough without it sticking. I would highly recommend this mat.

We like it! Got one like this a few months back, and my husband cut the dough with a knife and sliced it open, so we replaced that with this one. Don't use anything but a case knife (butter knife) on these things; they are very thin! But they are easy to use and wash, and for some reason, silicone is very expensive, so the thin ones will have to do!

The size perfectly fits on my cookie sheet. I bake all of my cookies on the sheet and cookies come right off. I do not use the pie template but it is nice to have on my baking mat if I ever need it.

Excellent product which stays secure on the counter while using. Easy use and cleaning.
