The Ooni 12” Perforated Pizza Peel is an exceptionally well-made tool that makes handling pizzas smoother, quicker and far more enjoyable. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and designed with the kind of precision you’d expect from Ooni’s accessories. The build quality is excellent. The fine, tapered edge slides easily under pizza bases, making it simple to turn or remove pizzas without disturbing the toppings. The perforations help reduce friction and allow excess flour to fall away, which keeps the base crisp and prevents burning. It’s a feature that makes a noticeable difference once you’ve used it a few times. The peel looks great too - clean lines, polished metal, and a professional finish that complements the rest of the Ooni range. It’s easy to clean after use, and the materials feel high quality throughout. I have noticed a few light scratches on the surface after repeated use. It’s unclear whether these are from the stone, the dough, or general handling, but they haven’t affected performance in any way. The peel still slides effortlessly and performs exactly as intended. It’s also worth emphasising the importance of buying the correct size. I initially purchased the larger peel, which didn’t fit into my Ooni Volt 12 - entirely my mistake, but an easy one to make. Once I switched to the 12” version, it fit perfectly and has been faultless ever since. Overall, this is a simple, elegant and highly functional accessory that makes cooking with the Ooni faster and more precise.

Expensive product but absolute game changer for recovering pizzas from the pizza oven. Perforations allow steam to escape and prevents sticking. Must have item in my opinion if you have a pizza oven.

Good peel but very expensive for what it is

Compliments the pizza oven perfectly. There are cheaper versions available however they do not have the same build quality you get what you pay for I guess.

Great peel for my Ooni, I launch with the wooden peel and cook with this one as it is easier to retrieve and turn! I am by no way an expert and am getting better everytime but this peel retrieves well and it’s easy to turn to get the cook even. Easy to clean and tbh wouldn’t be without it now! I know there are cheaper ones out there and I have probably paid for the ‘Ooni’ brand but I am super happy with the product and the quality!

La dimensione grande è perfetta per gestire anche le pizze più grandi che cuocio nel mio Ooni Pro, evitando di dover fare più passaggi.
