The item came packaged in a pretty yellow box with a cute ribbon on it, but the chain was kinked upon arrival. The kink was higher up so I could hide it under my hair. For me, this necklace, while well made and quite stylish, doesn't fit my personality. I would buy with confidence as the seller and shipping time is wonderful, just remember, this item is meant for a man.
