A bulk bottle of reusable silica gel humidity absorbing beads. They are very good quality. They are Orange when dry and turn Green when filled with humidity. When they go Green, it is time to recycle them. Put on a baking tray in oven on low and they go Orange when dry and ready to use again and again. This makes these an excellent value for money. The bottle, jug, makes it possible to pour the amount for the area to be kept dry. If a small 25kg or less, put these in a burlap bag. When using in a loft or other area with moisture, they can be placed in an open tray for best air exposure. The size makes it possible to get best value for money because get much greater quantity of the Orange gel pellets. Keep the black mould away by reducing or eliminating the Humidity. No moisture = mould can not grow.

Purchased these for my 3D printer as I noticed the humidity in the AMS was reading as wet. I was recommended these and gave them a go. Once setting it all up and pouring the beads into pods that fit into the AMS, waiting a day then checking, I noticed the humidity dropped from 50% down to 10% and the AMS now reads as dry, so these work extremely well. Not had a chance to recharge them yet, but I've prepared by printing a drying tray for when they need it. Brilliant product, will use again.

I purchased this rechargeable desiccant tub for £17, and it's been a fantastic addition to my Bambu Lab AMS setup. The ability to recharge makes it much more convenient and cost-effective than disposable options. I even printed custom cases for the silica, and one 2LBS tub is more than sufficient for all of them, with plenty to spare. Overall, a solid investment for anyone looking to maintain optimal conditions for their 3D printing materials.

The product worked fine. I'm successfully using it inside a 3D printer's multi filament reel housing to keep humidity down. Would have been 5⭐ but for the issue I had recharging them. Be careful when recharging. The instructions for recharging in the microwave could really do with clarification because I ruined half of my silica beads following their badly translated (I'd guess) and not particularly accurate instructions. Next time I'm going to try the more gentle, bake in the over method rather than blitzing them in the microwave.

Works a treat for my 3D printing filament. You can put these In the microwave and re heat them which will return them back to a dry state. Would recommend!
