Does a good job, but my husband tried to use it to retrieve some wayward food that flew off the paddle during launch, and now mine is all charred and burnt - maybe they should make a metal version?

The scraper on the end is a bit annoying if all you want to do is brush, the scraper prevents you getting close to the edge and bashes into the side heating, Koda 16. Also if you make a mess of your pizza during cooking and you have to scrape the remnants out the wood will quickly scorch if you don’t turn the flame down. But you do need one.

Keeps the pizza stone nice and clean but like all Ooni kit it costs a lot. Good quality however

Great for reaching into the oven and scrubbing those burnt bits…..but offers no way to remove the dust once it’s loose. You end up sweeping charcoal dust around but not getting it out of the oven!
