However, the edge on the top layer of the skirt is not hemmed or serged. I’m a crafty person and already had intentions of adding detailing/embroidery to it, so again, not a huge deal breaker for me. It fits comfortably too. If you’re planning to wear this off the shoulders and want to show a little cleavage, it’s easy to flip the ruffled neckline trimming and tuck it inward. Overall a good costume base with potential for lots of looks. Great for those who like adding their own personalized touches.
