Review: Excellent Buy! - I just bought these and was so pleased when they arrived. I like the Kitchen Aid brand as it is, but these were a perfect purchase for me. The set filled out my missing utensils and are a handsome addition to my kitchen. They feel robust and well made and it is an excellent selection for a starter set or even as a later addition to your regular kitchen utensils. For the price you get pretty much most of what you are going to need for every day cooking. Well worth the purchase!
Review: Suited the need...Big time! - This set was ideal since I'm moving into my first apartment, guys like me don't think of everything I will need in the kitchen (I'm a banker). This set covered all the basics and went a little extra. The pieces are not flimsy and have a nice rough texture. The handles on pieces like the can-opener and peeler are much fatter than they appear and feel great in my hands considering my long fingers. I didn't want girly looking accessories and the black and chrome theme here is tasteful. (a set for a bachelor) I will talk about wear and tear after I've own it for a year. KitchenAid seem to be quite a reputable brand considering the reviews I read before buying this set, now that I have it I will look for more of their products. I am proud to own this set, don't really see myself using the peeler since I'm good with a knife and the smaller measuring scoops,I'm usually short on time, all the time!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these made in China??**
A: Hi Sharon, great question. I did some research. Kitchen Aid products/appliances are manufactured in several U.S. states and Canada. And yes some are manufactured in China. There are no 'stamps' on these kitchen utensils stating where they were made. I hope this helps you somewhat. These utensils are very sturdy. Especially the can-opener. -thanks, Dave from OH

**Q: What is the size and wight of the box?**
A: 33 cm x 27 cm x 15 cm

**Q: Are these BPA free?**
A: Yes

**Q: What are the two additional pieces in the 17-piece vs the 15-piece collection?**
A: Both the 15-piece and the 17 piece sets include the following:-Slotted Turner-Basting Spoon-Flat Grater-Can Opener-Measuring Cups and SpoonsPieces unique to the 17-piece set:-Tongs-Slotted Spoon-Utility Whisk-Euro PeelerPieces unique to the 15-piece set:-Angled Spatula-Vegetable Peeler (Looks different from the Euro Peeler)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great at the right price.
*by B***N on September 21, 2015*

Includes all of the tools I needed at a good price. The utensils have stood up to my cooking.. which is impressive because I'm a beginner level cook who is probably rougher on my tools than is absolutely necessary. I wish the whisk was a bit longer, but honestly this only comes up when I am mixing drinks in a pitcher, it's plenty big enough to handle pots and mixing bowls and the like, which is what it's actually designed for.
