The watch packs a lot of great functions for the price. If you know your tide and moon inputs, then it is worth it for that information alone. In terms of style, a great little watch face with blue hues and I don't mind the nonfunctional rotating bezel as it is part of the style.

Such a great watch. I literally smile every time I look down at it. The only difficult thing is setting the "lunitidal interval", which requires some math to get the tide times correct.

I live by the water a d do a lot of boating and sailing. This watch does everything a normal digital watch does but it also gives you the local tides. That is indispensable for me. It saves me a lot of time checking the tide. And all for 20 bucks. It was a little cumbersome to program in my location for the tide function, but you do that once and you are done (assuming you are using it in one geographic area)

I bought this watch for the tide function. It appears the indicators on the tide graph only move every several hours making the tide function nearly useless. The rest of the watch is worth the $20 price.

PROS: Easy to read in any light. Accurate tide and moon phase function. Fairly easy to program. Very light on the wrist. Has most of the functions most people really need. ALL FOR ONLY ABOUT $20.00.CONS: Non functional timing bezel. Doesn't really need to be on there but I guess it makes the watch look less plain. I was wondering how the timing bezel could work without analog hands. But it's clearly stated in the specs.Thin strap with plastic buckle. Not sure how long this will last.

This is the second one of these watches that I have purchased for my son. The first was when he was 6 and learned about tides and the moon in kindergarten. He saw it at Walmart, loved it, and wore it on his little wrist until it died just about the time he turned 14 in Sept of '23. I purchased the second one right away. Today, May 11, 2024, it died. First one--8 years. Second one--8 months. Casio is a great brand, normally. This is a sad day to see such a huge failure from a favorite.

I was looking for cheap watch to surf and sail that was water proof and I would be concerned for damage or loss for the conditions. The watch is meeting my needs and I'm happy with the quality, I liked so much I bought a second for my son that surfs too. The only complaint is the tide is off a few hours, just knowing this I can calculate the tide. It is what it is for the value.
