A little bit bigger than I thought.

It works for the office... but feels more like a toothbrush holder. The plastic is thick and a little heavy. It's a hair too bulky for my liking.

Works well

The holder is made from quality plastic, it'd several mm thick and warm to the touch. Its reasonably heavy, will topple over though if tall heavy items are placed in it. Although advertised as bathroom storage, it could easily be used as a desk tidy to hold pens, and small items like paperclips or pins.The top part has a two part divider. It will take several manual tooth brushes and two electric ones. Some of these have quite large handles it will fit Braun and Phillips Sonicare just. However the top divider comes out, giving more flexibility and helpful for cleaning as the pot is quite deep.The bottom tray is less useful in the bathroom. It will act as a phone stand, perhaps to use when going in the shower. But other wise it doesn't seem such a good use of space to put say a single pack of dental floss. Small make up sponges might be a possibility. It's a bit shallow for tweezers or nail scissors.. Will take a small bottle of hand wash or hand cream, but I'd be taking it out to use it so not ideal. You could use top and bottom with make up brushes and assemble eye liner, lip stick, mascara together for a fast exit in the mornings!

iDesign Bathroom Storage for CosmeticsThis is quite a solid storage container, it's made from fairly thick black plastic. The top is split into two separate compartments, although this is only on the top clip in cover as there is no dividing wall within. Each compartment measures 9.7 x 3.5 x 4 cm. The front tray is a good size measuring 9.5 x 4 x 3 cm. The top separator lifts out making cleaning easy, or if you wish to have a single large storage area, you can just leave the top separator off.This can be used for many things other than for cosmetics, maybe as a toothbrush holder, or perhaps a storage place for pens?I use mine for storing my pens, pencils, stapler and other nik-nacks. I have all of my paper clips, drawing pins plus other little bits and pieces in the front tray.The only thing that I don't like about this is the two compartment divider, in my opinion it should have a central divider. Without a divider, anything that you place in either side compartment has a tendency to slip over to the opposite side. This means that anything placed within lays at an angle interfering with other items placed in the opposite compartment. Quite a good organiser .It is black so would fit into any colouring scheme and is very easy to washthe top compartment has a divider on top and is reasonably deep. The divider can be removed if desired.There bottom one is quite small. but wide enough/. I have my everyday makeup brushes in the back and compact and blusher in front. I can have all I need for day time and there is room for eyeshadow and mascara. Not aa big choice but I tend to use the same things for day time. This could also be used for tooth brushes or shaving essentials. Quite versatile little thing
