**Q: With so many empty bottle complaints why is it continued as an 'Amazon Prime' product?**
A: Whoever said, “It Works”, for whom? What about those who have paid for it and never gotten to try it? I think Amazon should ask them to redesign the bottle and know that they’re standing behind something real. I’m scared to buy.

**Q: Would you need 2 pods for both eyes & the mouth area?**
A: I use 1/2 a pod under my eyes. I don’t use it around my mouth so I would think that 1 pop would be enough for you. You don’t want to put it on too thick

**Q: Is this the same formula that's in the pump that everyone complains is faulty? Seems like all packaging is faulty.**
A: It is the same formula that is in the pump, only it is package in a small squeezable tube.

**Q: Does plexaderm skincare work on Afro American skin?**
A: Yes, it "works" in tightening the under eye and thus removing the bags. HOWEVER, as others have experienced it creates unsightly dark he dark circles under the eyes.  Same experience with "Sudden eyes" product. It's 2023, and there are still products that are not made for us.

### ⭐ WARNING PERMANENT DAMAGE

This product disfigured me. There were no warnings to consult a physician & "it's safe for everyone." I have a connective tissue disorder. After documenting my use of the product via vlogging, my face began to get worse. Even applying it under one eye, you can see how one eye, in the places I applied it, is worse than the other. There were no warnings for those with certain disorders.. Read about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It stretched my collagen fibers to where the collagen fibers were pulled super tight, but did not go back to normal. There are chemical streaks in the areas on my face from application all these months later. It's caused permanent damage to my eyes & disfigured my face to the point my skin sags against my trigeminal nerve. I need corrective surgery for this although the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome complicates that. I now have to bind my face just to get myself to sleep however I've had very little to none as for my under eyelid do not shut properly. Even my primary care physician had said in other patients, it made it worse however it has caused permanent damage that is so disruptive to my daily life, I've lost a lot as a result. Now, after my eye skin as drooped, it's creating vision difficulties & I appear as a blind person on LSD. Although I typically find that funny, due to this products negligence, I now pray this disease takes my life after the use of the product reacting to my genetic condition. I'm disturbed by my own face & have lost job opportunities as a result. Plexaderm actually ruined my future goals & other opportunities. My eyes & perception are ruined thanks to this product. What should I do? I'd loved to hear. I hate myself for the first time in my life. I have to see a counselor now & never had before.
