If your phone is in the case it will begin to charge after your phone is fully charged or you can remove your phone and charge only the case. **Q: My case is fully charged when i try to charge my phone it charges for maybe 30 seconds and then stops why? what can i do i have been very very careful** A: I have this issue too. I’ve found that holding the button that begins charging for 5 seconds seems to help but doesn’t always do the trick.
