OD Green Canvas with two compartments for two 15 round magazines. Marked with U.S. on the front with correct lift dot snap cover. This would be the correct issue for your M1 Carbine. Exactly like the one used by U.S. Troops during WW2. Marked JT&L 1943 as you can see in the picture. Also included is a M1 Carbine sling made of Lt. OD green cotton webbing with metal oiler.

**Q: How adjustable is the mag pouch? I’d like to put it on a Ruger 10/22 M1 but it’s slightly larger**
A: I dont have a 10/22 but the mag pouch fits pretty snug on my M1 Carbine. No adjustment, just pulls over buttstock. Good quality though.

**Q: Does this double as a cheek rest?**
A: No, not really. If it's full with two 15rd mags it may touch your cheek but they are offset to one side. On a side note, if you buy it you may want to smooth the rivets.i like this set but it scratched my stock a bit until I dremeled it smooth.

Looks like the WW2 real--deal item. Comes with a QR link to the manufacturer's YouTube channel which has a short video showing how to properly install. Following their directions, it fits perfectly, and again, really looks the part. Well worth the money.
