2nd time buying these spoons. They are perfect- I just use them for coffee/tea. For the price idk why people are complaining or what you expected. I sanded them lightly and "seasoned" them with coconut oil and this is what they look like after that. The first batch (2 darker ones on the bottom) I got were a little bigger but that was a few years ago. That batch didn't have whatever coating these had on them. (someone asked and was told it's whale oil?) I didn't season those until I did these new ones. Whether you season them (you should) or not, Don't put them in the diswasher. Great spoons - I hate the feeling of metal against my ceramic cups so they are exactly what I wanted and I love the handle shape.

These looked so cute when I j got them yesterday. I always wash before I use or wear anything new. So this morning, I washed them (no scrubbing, just handwashed with a soft sponge and soapy water) and sadly, the nice shine they arrived with is completely gone. I guess it's good that I washed them as the manufacturer put a coating of something on them that I would have ingested if I had used them without washing. I'm still going to use them as they still function, but I would not buy again.

Lovely spoons. Came just as described. They seem to be a decent quality and are easy to clean. They need to be oiled after hand washing or else they may lose their coating but I knew that when I bought them. We are enjoying them very much.

These tiny rosewood tea spoons are dainty but beautifully made and have a small scoop, not deep but they are perfect for what I wanted them for which was to stir my herbal teas and add my activated charcoal to my grape drinks. Just beautiful and good customer service too in resolving a slight delay with them. Very pleased.

Although these are lovely and well-made spoons, they are REALLY short. The spoon part is essentially full-size, but the handles are so short that they really don't even fit my hand. That renders them basically useless, except perhaps for kids (and none are in my home).Can't really see what they'd be good for at this point, other than a pretty "display" somewhere.Even worse, I have to keep them, because the vendor is from Thailand but does NOT offer reasonably priced return shipping; you have to do it on your own via the USPS. That means it would have cost me c. $22.00 to return something that I only paid $12 for to begin with!NOT a happy customer.

These are a lot smaller than I anticipated but they are beautifully made. The bowl of the spoon is smaller than an olive though.

There are well made, more monotone and not as pretty as the photo. Be aware, 5" is small.

Beautiful little spoons! They are five inches, exactly as specified. I purchased them for spooning sugar at my home coffee bar. They fit perfectly in the small bowl I put them in. As stated, shipping took awhile, but worth the wait. After use, I will treat them with the same oil I use to care for my wood cutting boards & other wooden utensils.

Update - used the spoons and the finish comes off right away as they are waxed. They are now dull. These spoons are beautiful waxed. Also, they arrived on time. Each spoon is unique and I can’t wait to use them!!! They were packaged nicely and I am very happy with my purchase !!

Great product, arrived on time in good condition. They are very pretty spoons and look exactly like the picture, being hand made every one is a little different. Keep in mind they are fairly small, the product dimensions they listed are right but they are just a little smaller than the average tea spoon.

I really wanted to like these spoons, the shape is lovely, the size is perfect and they look well made. Problem is when I wash them an orange stain comes off. I contacted the vendor and their reply to me was "It is just whale wax to make it beautiful , it is food grade , but if you want to remove please soak in the soap water 2 days , and wash it again so sorry"Whale wax!?!!! no thank you!
