Would this work for toddler with short curly fine hair

Yes - this could describe my own toddler’s hair! Lots of conditioner when you wash it and it’s always best to brush curly hair when wet rather than dry (I’m curly too). But yes, it will work on short, curly, fine hair!

No its not scented .but a really good brush .its magic for my grandaughters extra curly hair .no tears..

Can this b used on 9 month baby?

Yes its soft enough i would say to use if baby has enough hair to brush. My daughter has been using it since she was about 14 months old.
