perfect fit on 2004 Forester. Good quality, nice and quiet just like OEM. I was quoted $700 for the complete exhaust from Catalytic back to muffler. With the mid pipe and gaskets, I did it myself on my garage floor for under $250. I hope it last.

Fit completely different car than what I installed it on, which was a 1997 subaru legacy. Bolted right up had to modify the rear mounts yet I saved like $80 compared to the one that fit which was double that.

Easy to install. Fits like the original. I bought the same muffler in 2016. Only lasted three years, and maybe 20,000 or less. If I still have the Subaru and need another muffler, next time I'll spend the extra money and get stainless steel. If you're just replacing the muffler to pass inspection or sell the car, this one is fine.

Installed this about a year ago and still looks new, durable and from what it looks will last me years to come. Love the quality and price. Fit without adjusting.

I had to do some bending of the supports to get it hung right, and I came with plenty of scratches and little dents. Also the metal is not near as thick as the Bosal exhaust silencer that I also bought to fix my 2000 Subaru forester. I doubt it will last more than a year or two. ALSO IT TOOK FIVE DAYS TO GET TO THE SHIPPER. ONLY TWO TO SHIP HERE THOUGH.

This turned out to be a direct fit for my 1998 Subie Forester. The only hiccup was I broke the old flange bolts while trying to remove them and had to get new ones. My Subie is now nice and quiet. For the price, I don’t expect this muffler/pipe combo to last more than a few Canadian winters, but that’s ok because I’m only hoping to get one more year out of the car anyway. Everything about this item is a Pro. The only Con I can think of is that it would be great if the manufacturer sold this as a kit with the flange gasket and new flange bolts which would be everything needed to install.

The muffler came in the time promised. It fit perfectly and it did not take very long to exchange.

It's the cheapest one! Perfect fit except the mounting brackets are smaller diameter than the stock rubber anti-vibe mounts. Easy to tweak though. It won't last for a decade but it looks, sounds and functions like stock.
