Do not buy the plastic covered one.
It introduces weird noises to your recording after a while if connected to an audio interface.Worked well for first 5 months. No external damage but recording has some sort of interference which I suspect its due to its plastic covering. I replaced it with a metal gold plated Jack adapter and everything seems fine. My suggestion is go for a metal gold plated one.
