My son bought this for his new car, and it’s been a great choice. It creates a rich, thick foam that lifts dirt well without being harsh on the finish. The car rinses clean and dries with a nice shine and very few water spots. A little soap goes a long way, so the bottle should last a while. It’s become his go-to car wash soap, and we’d definitely buy it again.

City water in Florida is treated with lime at the water plant to soften the water. Unfortunately, it leaves white residue on my car, and I have to squeegee and dry when I wash it. So, I bought this Rain X not believing it would work. Look at the picture, the car looks like I waxed it and the windows are spot free! Only one ounce per gallon. With 48 oz. it will last me more than a year. But next time I wash the windows on my house, I will use the Rain X and be done in a Llckety split time!

Cleans car very well, but most definitely need to towel dry. Washed the car today ( new car, fresh from dealership, fresh coat of wax) and needed to clean off road dust from our gravel road. Pre-rinsed, mixed up the soap, used a car wash glove and took the dust right off. However... After 15 minutes the car had not dried. Had a sustained 12mph wind when doing and figured the wind would help it dry off but no such luck. Used mf towels to dry the car. Other than the non-self drying formula it's great car was soap.

I love how this wash doesn’t leave any spots even when air dried. I was quite amazed at its ability to clean well with just a few scrubs and then rinse off without having to towel dry or worry about spots. Just wish there’s a version with “wash and wax” all in one. But overall it’s a good product.

3 years ago I got my newer car, and I washed it. It had spots! So I asked my colleague what I was doing wrong. He said to get the Rainx no spots. That bottle lasted 3 yrs. I wash the car once a week except for a few months in winter. It’s not easy to find, so I bought the two pack. Good price too. Auto store didn’t have it. Oh and you only need a small amount in the bucket.

While I'll put some blame onto hard PA tap water, this car wash absolutely leaves spots.. to the extent the car looks better unwashed if I don't still hand dry it with a chamois. It also leaves a slippery residue on my hands that takes at least a minute of hand washing to remove. On the plus side it does suds up very well and is effective when treated like a normal hand dried detergent. But I'll likely go back to a wash + wax product next time.

This stuff is witchcraft in the best way. Been struggling to find a decent soap that is affordable and efficient. Every soap I've been buying still needs touch up since we have darker color cars. I washed my wife's car with our current soap and still had to do a wipe down with some quick wax to get the water spots. I sprayed the soap on with a foam cannon, scrubbed, and rinsed. Thats it. The difference between my wife's car which is grey and mine which is deep dark blue was night and day. Did not so much as have to run a towel over my car after. I already added more bottles to my shopping cart just in case they discontinue it.

Para empezar el jabón es muy delgado, necesitas usar mucho para que limpie. En segundo lugar, tal vez lo más importante, hace lo contrario a lo que dice, deja muchas manchas, es difícil de secar sin que quede manchado, sólo si usas poco deja menos manchas, pero entonces no limpia la suciedad bien. Por ese precio tan altísimo debería ser un buen producto, mejor ve ahorra con otros que son mucho más baratos y efectivos.
