These are some amazing soles .. my pain has significantly reduced within a few days of use (of course coupled with exercises).. I think the size chart given is incorrect .. I wear shoe size 5, however, for these soles it equates to almost 8.5.. so please do not cut according to ur feet size but measure it with the soles of ur shoes and cut.. that would give the correct size. Also there is a YouTube video on how to cut the soles to size. So you can look up that too.. all in all very good buy and thanks to my doc for advising me this !! Pls only be mindful when cutting it to feet size.

Good product. Just started using this. Apart from the product to see good results, it will be better to also do foot soak in hot water with salt to reduce the pain.

I could not walk due to sever heel pain..but I used this and it had healed and I now walk 10 rounds without any issue..

Have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis problem. Wearing these insoles especially at work has reduced my problem.

Regular usage has halved my foot pain. I have had this pain for 10 odd years and I wish I had known it before!

Don’t go by the reviews and just take my word that it is a horrible product being marketed cleverly. It is very hard and it will make your condition worse. The worst part is that Amazon won’t take this back and the brand will not attend to you despite their loud claims. Please avoid this and buy a better insole at 600/-

dislikes , over costly , useless , waste of money

Suite à une entorse avec rupture de ligament de ma cheville droite… j’avais quotidiennement une fatigue plantaire et des douleurs au talon, surtout durant et après mes journées de travail où je piétine énormément !! Et là, le premier jour où j’ai utilisé ces semelles, je ressentais comme une gêne et des crampes au niveau de ma voûte plantaire, mais finalement, en rentrant chez moi ensuite, aucune douleur ni fatigue du pied comme avant ! Et les jours suivants m’ont apporté un confort immédiat et durable ressenti tout au long de la journée ! C’est même impressionnant pour moi, les bienfaits de ces semelles… que je regrette de ne pas avoir pris plus tôt !! Je vais même en recommandé une seconde paire d’avance ou pour d’autres chaussures !

I bought these because my PF in both feet got so bad I was barely able to walk anymore. Within minutes of putting them in my slippers I was able to walk up and down the front room without staggering and hobbling like Frankenstein's monster in a 1930s movie. I felt like I had lost a stone in weight because movement became so much easier. I took my slippers off and repeated the same walking about barefoot - and I COULD! I actually started to cry with relief. That was at 1.30pm today and it is now 7pm. I've been wearing them continually, and managed to walk around a garden centre for a few hours with only minimal pain from my underused leg muscles (not been able to walk more than 20 yards for about 2 months now). Obviously my heels and the parts of my feet which usually hurt still do a bit, but that is to be expected as the tendons will take time to heal with continued use of these insoles. But I am optimistic. I was even able to walk down a short flight of steps without doing so sideways and taking agonised baby steps. And I walked rapidly as I always used to without thinking about it. WOW! Would highly recommend these. My only criticism would be that the women's ones are nearly £28 whilst the mens are £21 which makes no sense. You also have to get used to being almost continually aware of weird lumps under your feet, these don't feel 'natural' and I doubt that any orthotics of this nature do - that is to be expected. Regardless, it feels a damn site better to be walking on these than putting up with crippling PF!

These are in my work boots & previously I was having trouble wearing them - this is no longer the case, the insoles make them so comfortable
