Super happy with this TV
I'm a strong believer that you get what you pay for, and if something seems to good to be true, it usually is. But this TV is an exception. I bought the renewed model for $300 and added a 4 year warranty for $30. Setup was quick and easy, the picture is great, the built in Roku works flawlessly and gives access to tons of stuff to watch. Sorting through all the available material is a bit of a challenge but I'm getting better at it since I've had it for awhile.Highly recommend this TV!

Great tvs ,but sometimes a bad one gets through
Got here just in time..well packed and worked perfectly.. i got one from bestbuy and had to return it because of a screen issue that's known, but thr next was great...the good ones are awesome.. the interface is easy..the picture is superUpdate - piece of crap just suddenly lost picture on all inputs..can't even access menu..barely 2 yrs old. Extremely dissapointing product. Tcl should be ashamed . 😠

Won't Last
My last TV from a well-known brand lasted nearly 10 years. This one hasn't quite made it 2 years before crapping out. I am outside of the warranty so TCL won't help (I don't expect a free solution), but I will certainly never purchase another TCL product. A quick internet search for "TCL no picture" will show that this is a very common issue with these TVs.
