I contacted the company, and their initial response was for me to take it apart as it may need cleaning out! I mentioned that after having it for 4 days it is possibly faulty. After many emails they agreed to replace it, it has now been, 40 days since my initial email and 22 days since they agreed to send a replacement. And lo and behold I have received nothing. Absolutely appalling customer service, I now have no container and they have not even considered refunding.
