What is the max load capacity?

Hello, I don't know the max load capacity that the company states it for. Buy I bought to use with my Canon T71 and have used it with a 300mm zoom lens and all I can say is it really works well for me. It holds the weight while walking without any problem or without any thoughts that it may break. Seems to be well made and I am totally comfortable wit carrying my equipment with it.

Question 2

I just want to be assured that the camera is not bouncing around on my hip while walking. Are the instructions to assemble difficult?

The straps are not difficult to assemble.  The first one I received had an incorrect strap (the two ends were the same) and would not work.  I emailed them about my problem and they sent me an entirely new holster without charge.  Like an holster, it will flop around a bit, but if you fit it carefully this is minimized.  As far as I can tell, it only fits on your left shoulder, so if you are left handed, it may not be for you.  I frequently use just the long strap by itself as it is sometimes easier to carry and use.  I like that I can store the remote control or a memory card in the shoulder pad and there was a place I attach my GPS receiver which made both it and the camera easy to use.

Can this camera shoulder strap be worn on both of the left shoulder and right shoulder?

Yes, this shoulder strap works for both shoulders. It can be worn on the left shoulder, or the right shoulder. It is for both right and left handed people.

Will this work with my Canon eos M50?

This strap will work with any camera body that has a 1/4" female tripod mount (almost any camera).  The provided bracket screws into this mount point and the clip on the strap attaches to this bracket.  Works fine and the underarm strap (under the left arm in the picture) does a good job of keeping the whole thing in place.
