I ordered shilajit to use as an antioxidant and to improve my body's immunity. I remember from childhood we always have a piece of mumijo (another name for this wonder) and use it for various purpose. It is packed with minerals and can even improve memory. I was pleased with the packaging and a quality of shilajit. It is tough and viscous but not as hard as stone, so you can easily separate a portion needed. On its own, it smells a bit rubbery but considering all the benefits it is a small price to pay :) I am taking it daily diluted in my morning coffee. Shilajit might be a little pricey, and I am happy that I found this one for reasonably cheap.

I have been using Shelajit for several months and I have experienced a complete lifestyle improvement! I had been feeling burnt out and tired all the time. I was completely relying on caffeine and energy drinks and barely able to function. This mineral has made a huge positive impact on my life.

It claims to be some kind of superfood, and shows promise for helping, among other things, diabetes. It also appaently contains useful quantities of iron, even in a rolled-up ball about the size of a garden pea. I began using this last week (January 26th '21), and so far -- whether by placebo effect or something else I've changed in my diet -- I've noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels. Taste is reminiscent of an extremely mild yeast extract (toned-down Marmite). I've not marked the 'Value for Money section, as I wish to see if it really does last 200 doses first. If it does, then five stars for VFM shall be awarded.

The actual product is very thick and no utensil provided to get it out, had to use a teaspoon upside down to get anything out and the teaspoon would not fit into the jar the correct way up, the taste of the product is not very nice , been using for about a week and felt no different

I've been using shilajit for about a year it's changed my life. I'm 55 and have more energy now than when in my 30s. This product is a hard resin and a bit difficult to get out of the pot but add a couple of drops and I mean a couple not much, of boiling water and let it sit and it will soften up and be easier to get out. I use about a grain of rice size bit every day in my morning coffee. I'm a postie and walk far at a fast pace it helps me keep that up for 5 + hours. Can't recommen this enough the hype is true it's amazing.

It looks like it is tainted with metal ran a test showed it was which is dangerous

Tried this after seeing loads of videos pop up about the stuff. I dont regret it. Days 1-2 I just felt more i had more energy and days 3-5 the detox has begun I don't suffer from constipation or have any issues passing a stool but if you do I would recommend last 2 days its cleared me out 😂 aswell as this my overall mood has seemed to improve aswell as my energy. Everyone's saying about the taste but I genrally enjoy the taste I've tried it with warm water tea and coffee and seems pretty nice with all of them another I would recommend if you don't like the taste to pair with tea :) . Will try to update on my progress with shilajit from around days 10-15.

First try, pea-sized on a cup of tea I instantly felt the boost. Keeps me feeling energizer and we'll focused the entire day. Now I only use a little less than a pea size and skip 1 or 2 days before taking another serving as it is very potent.

I’ve heard a lot about Shilajit as a kid. And were thingking that this product doesn’t exist anymore 🙈 I was so excited to try it since I don’t eat food on time and have stomach problems, also this product helps with hairloss too. I’ve been drinking Shilajit for more than a week now. And, can say, that I feel So far So good 😊
