It's not fancy and the material feels more like athletic wear than an everyday khimar or jilbab. The fabric is nowhere near as flowy or even honestly pretty as the photos here show. It feels costumey. It's definitely very breathable though, but if worn out to the mosque, something would need to be worn under it. When you raise your arms, the khimar comes up and exposes the entire stomach. Although opaque, it is transparent when stretched (when I raised my arms for example.) I'm a bit disappointed as I would have liked that it at least do justice to the photos, but I'll be keeping it to use as a prayer outfit.
