I mix with warm water stir it and down the hatch. Seem clearer whites of eyes, stronger hair and nails. No effect on weight or hormones which is good. I'm thinking of upping my intake.

Eine natürliche Pflege und Nahrung für gesunde Kopfhaut und Haare. Auch gut gegen Schuppen! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Pulver mit Wasser zu einer Paste verrühren und die Kopfhaut 1x pro Woche damit kräftig einreiben, ca. 30 min einwirken lassen und gut ausspülen.
