The body part is secured by Velcro and clips. I don't think there is any chance of them coming apart while in use. They feel quite padded and should be comfortable. I wasn't keen on the stiff handle. I am used to just a flexible strap and I found it awkward. I have removed it and replaced it with a short flexible strap. This is a very nice product, although the item was a little pricey and can be purchased cheaper for the same quality on Amazon, I am still very pleased with it. I have a new Qashqai 16 plate with leather seats with a isofix child seat installed. There is cutouts in this covering, that allows the isofix points and you can clearly see that this will keep the seats clean, scratch free and indentation free due to the quality and thickness of this superb seat cover, which is a must with leather interior. All in all, I am very pleased with the quality and the seller.
