Great tasting..

I've tried all of the fiber supplements on the market. This is the best. Although it is basically the same ingredient as Metamucil, this formulation seems to be more effective then Metamucil. A bit more expensive but worth the money.

Hands down the best fiber supp on the market! One dose a day and you save enough money on toilet paper to pay for this product. Bloating is gone constipation is gone . It doesn't give you the runs , it literally coats the poop so it just slides out clean. It's like having a golden colan .

I starting training and changed my diet I lost the regularity of needing to go for a long time. So my trainer recommended this, He suggest to take it only at night right before bed and to stay hydrated. This did not work for me over night. I actually didn’t go for the next two days. Stomach cramps were noticeably but bearable accompanied by lots of gas! After the third day I finally went. And that day i went at-least six times. I noticed that stools looked hard at first then softened and changed slightly in color and smell, last couple of stool felt like Margaret butter very soft. (Too much info). Haha. I’ve never taken any fiber products so I think this one was doing a cleanse. My stool is now regular and I now go regularly about three times a day. I feel less bloated, more energy. The stomach cramps never really go away but it’s slight almost like a growl feeling. As for everyone who complained about the amount of product in the container , it weight is true, its servings is true. Just read the damn label! Mixing and drinking it is done quick! So if you let it sit it will start to solidify. Which for is a good indicator that it’s good stuff! I recommend it.

This stuff works well & as it should. Flavor is a little woody/mushroomy & mangoey all at once! Lost a star for the packaging which is twice as big as it needs to be. Do better.

This was by far the best Psyllium Husk product on the market. It worked so much better that the rest because it was thick and you could clearly taste the Fruit Punch. Now you can clearly see that this manufacturer has gone cheap. Its no longer thick, which is why it was sooo effective at helping you go to the bathroom. But now its a powder. The fruit punch flavor is barely noticeable. I will be looking for another brand after this shipment is finished.

Works great and taste decent! Mix with colder water so it’s not as thick!

Dont buy from here it’s a rip off. Good product but buy direct. Was charged $136 for 1 x 360 grams, bought 4 x 360gr direct from the USA for $200
