Great Fiber intake but overpriced here
Works well for fiber intake but this price is outrageous, in store you can get 22oz box for $6.

My doctor recommended this after her personal experience. I am taking glp’s, and want to keep my system moving. It works 109%.

Tastes Good
Wasn't sure how this was going to taste since it's bran...but I was surprised. It has a sweet crunch to it and it's great alone or tossed in yogurt....

It tastes SO bad as cereal.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I'm sure it's great for fiber but it tastes like ass. I can barely get past the first bite.

This cereal does what I bought it for keeping me regular. Better than the shredded version, & better texture.

Label pasted over "Nutrition Facts". Not orig cereal w/this name! Misleading!!
This product has kept the same name but the "Nutrition Facts" have changed massively. They even pasted a sticker over the the Nutrition info on the box covering what was originally printed on it. Serving size has also changed to 1 Cup and previous version was either ⅓ or ½ cup. This is false advertising. They should change the name of the product if the ingredients are different. I can't return it because it's a food item, otherwise I would return. I have ordered this before, but didn't realize I was getting deceived until I received this order and noticed the sticker on the box covering the evidence and also a black mark out on the bar code. I loved the previous version of this product and wish it was still available.
