Q: How many of each tablets do i use for a 3 gallon tank?

I've been using a half tablet for a 3 gallon tank.

Q: When I used this, it turned my water blue.. Is this normal? It's been blue for over 24 hours.

How many gallons are you treating? It's normal for the water to turn color or murky at times. When this happened I usually break the tab in half and turn off the filter until it passes after a day or two. If it doesn't improve, a partial water change could help until resolution of the issue. The fish were healthy but if it's a concern, transporting them into a different enclosure until the water clears might be an option.
