I am a Uk size 12 so bought the xl, but either the sizing is ridiculously small or I was sent the wrong item. As I have worn it now, I cannot return it, so it’s money wasted.The inner short rides up into the crotch, almost as soon as you put it on, and after 2 minutes of running I had to pull the shorts out of my bum every minute or so. Not the best when you are meant to be concentrating on your run. I would not recommend this product-might as well wear your pants-these shorts give you the same look/feel as your pants would! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality but size up! *by E***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 June 2020* I received these in an XL despite only ordering a large but I’m glad I did as the XL are the right size for me despite me being a UK size 10. However besides the sizing these are very good shorts. I have used them for running and they perform well. The cycling shorts underneath the top layer do ride up but I didn’t find this uncomfortable or distressing as the overlay covered me well.
