It's well made, looks good and you could think it was wood and metal rather than plastic. It is heavy, came with 5 hooks, didn't hang right, the cord needed pulling through. Put it up between my kitchen and living room, went through a few times and I just thought, the noise will drive you mad, dog wouldn't go through it. Took it down, threw it away. Expensive mistake on my part.

Perfect
They are really well made but a nightmare to put up single handedly however when they were finally put up I was really pleased. Lovely design and colour (my niece uses them as her stage entrance for when she is doing one of her random shows), they also stop my budgie from getting out.

Good quality, care needed hanging as heavier than looks
Did initially think it was a high price point, yet it seems to be worth paying for looks a quality product, seems to be proper wood not plastic.Heavy and due to its design to be adjustable have to hang with care or risk breaking the fishing line. Bit fiddly to hang due to weight needs screwing into place but worth the time spent. Would help if had a second pair of handsLooks good and a quality product glad didn't buy a cheaper bamboo product

Dye from beads stains hands
On intitally viewing this itme we were more than happy until we discovered that every time we handled it we were ending up with stained hands. Having purchased it to act as a fly screen for the kitchen door it was clearly going at times to get wet and as when handled with even slightly damp hands we ended up with a brown/red stain all over our hands we tested it by touching it with wet hands to find the water on our hands was also red/brown. Clearly if we had used it on the door we risked ending up with stained clothes or transefrring the stain from our hands to walls/doors etc. Maybe this is a one-off fault but I'm not risking getting our newly fitted door and repainted walls wrecked by a fly-screen so it has been returned.
