The taste is mild and I have noticed my energy seems to be better as well as my fingernail growth and diminishing ridges on my nails. I haven’t had it long enough to tell anything else. I have heard a lot about Bamboo tea and so far it’s been a good choice!

This is a fine tea, but the price per ounce is mit accurate.

The taste was nice. I was thrilled about the possibility of growing back some hair or to thicken my hair after hairloss which is most likely due to hypothyroidism which my doctor treats with a prescription. I was noticing my daily cup of tea was causing a headache for 3 days in a row. Also my vision was blurry. But the worst thing was the anxiety. I have worked hard to be able to cope with anxiety and I was noticing it was harder to do that on the days I drank the tea. This was very disappointing because I was noticing some positive things from the tea (improved digestion). I really would have loved to continue drinking the tea to see if my hair would come in thicker. Also I wanted to give some to my family members who really could use the joint and cartilage repair. They make it sound as though the high amount of silica will rebuild bone structure. I will show this tea to my doctor, but I already know I can't keep using it . The headaches and anxiety are kind of a deal breaker.

Nice and mild-tasting tea. It’s pretty neutral so I like to add other flavors to it like peppermint or ginger.
