Hello. You can buy a regular micro-usb charging cable and use it with a usb charging adaptor (the one from your smartphone). I have never used the cable that came in the box.. I just use a micro usb cable for many devices (like a amazon kindle, my photo camera, a cycling computer, a flashlight.. and many others).

Has reading reliability improved on this version? i have the older bpm with white cuff. if you get it to take a reading it will fail on the 2nd & 3rd

We’ve used this for 5 months now, several times a week in first few months to practice now down to once per week x 2 users. Appears to still be working very well and aligns similar to reading at Health Centre. Would recommend to all.
